This policy describes how Bazzand.co (operated by Barry Badenhorst, South Africa) collects and uses information when you use the client portal at bazzand.co.

What we collect

When you sign in to the portal, we collect your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile picture as provided by Google.

We also store basic sign-in activity (timestamps, authentication method) to manage your access and troubleshoot issues.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to provide you with access to your client portal — to show you your projects, share progress, and communicate updates relevant to work we're doing together. We do not use it for advertising, analytics platforms, or any third-party marketing.

Data storage

Authentication data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU, Ireland region). Project content is stored in the same database. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Google sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only the basic profile information Google makes available (name, email, profile photo). We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google service.

Data retention

Your account and associated data are retained for as long as you have an active client relationship with Bazzand.co. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at bazz@bazzand.co and we'll respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
