These terms govern your use of the Bazzand.co client portal ("the Portal"), operated by Barry Badenhorst ("Bazzand.co"). By accessing the Portal, you agree to these terms.

Access

The Portal is a private, invitation-only service. Access is granted by Bazzand.co to clients with an active working relationship. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to anyone else.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Please notify us immediately at bazz@bazzand.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineer or scrape the Portal, use the Portal for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with its operation in any way.

Content

All project content, designs, and materials displayed in your portal are the intellectual property of Bazzand.co and/or the respective client project. Nothing on the Portal grants you a licence to reproduce or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

Service availability

The Portal is provided as a convenience to active clients. Bazzand.co makes reasonable efforts to keep it available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the Portal at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

The Portal is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazzand.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
